In the realm of gynecologic care, I understand the complexities and uncertainties that can accompany various symptoms and concerns. Rest assured, you are not alone in your journey. Through my years of practice, I have encountered many women grappling with unanswered questions and unaddressed issues, often leaving them feeling disheartened by the healthcare system's limitations.
As a specialist dedicated to women's sexual health, I embarked on a quest to expand my expertise beyond conventional gynecological services. My journey from generalist to specialist was motivated by a profound desire to bridge the gap in understanding and treatment for common, yet under-addressed, concerns faced by women.
What drives my passion for this field is the opportunity to provide a safe space where women can openly express their concerns and find solace in knowing they are heard, seen, and understood. Witnessing the transformation of hopelessness into optimism, and the empowerment of my patients, fills me with immense joy and fulfillment.

Meet Dr. Ashley Fuller
Dr. Fuller has been practicing general Obstetrics and Gynecology in the Seattle area since 2010 and has loved getting to care for so many wonderful people and families over the years.
In order to provide more specialized care in areas of gynecology that have often been underemphasized, she transitioned her practice in 2018 to focus on sexual health, menopause, and complex vulvar disease. She is one of the few gynecologists who specializes in women’s sexual health in her area.
As a vulvovaginal disease specialist and an active member of the International Society for the Study of Vulvovaginal Disease (ISSVD), Dr. Fuller routinely treats vulvar dermatologic conditions such as lichen sclerosus, lichen planus, lichen simplex chronicus. She sees patients with sexual and/or vulvar pain, and recurrent vaginal infections (e.g., yeast infections, bacterial vaginosis, desquamative inflammatory vaginitis and other vaginitis types).
Dr. Fuller is a Fellow with the International Society for the Study of Women’s Sexual Health (ISSWSH) and is a sexual medicine specialist for women, helping them with low libido, sexual pain, and orgasmic/arousal disorders.
Dr. Fuller is also a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner and is a well-known menopause specialist in the community. She loves helping patients with perimenopause and menopausal symptoms, especially because so many women struggle with this transition in their lives and sometimes don’t know where to turn for evidence-based, personalized care.
Her mission with her micropractice in Seattle is to provide top-quality, personalized medical care to women who are suffering from these conditions and improve their quality of life.
