Receive the care you deserve

If you are a new patient to Dr. Fuller and have never seen her before, please only schedule a new patient appointment.

When filling out the information for your appointment, please pick “no” when it asks if you are an existing patient, even if you are actually an existing patient of Dr. Fuller’s at her other practice. This is becuse you need to get registered in the new patient portal. If you have questions or problems, email Dr Fuller at drfuller@ashleyfullermd.com.

If you are not finding an appointment time that works for you, please reach out to Dr. Fuller via email to inquire about other appointment times or being put on the waitlist for multiple dates without having to put in your information multiple times.

WHAT TO DO AFTER YOU BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT
After booking your appointment, you should receive a confirmation email with your appointment date and time.  You will also get an email asking you to register for Dr. Fuller’s online patient portal. This will include questionnaires and forms for your visit. Please fill these forms out at least 3 days prior to your visit.

Your credit card will not be charged until after your appointment but it is necessary to put in a credit card number to hold your appointment slot.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Dr. Fuller is now able to see patients with Medicare. She is still not contracted with Medicare and is cash pay, but is offering a 20% discount on listed prices for patients with Medicare since they can not get any reimbursement from Medicare. Medicare patients will need to sign a contract acknowledging that they will not be able to get reimbursement.
