NEW PATIENT VISIT

If you are looking to reach out to Dr. Fuller about your health concerns, the New Patient Visit Consultation is ideal for anyone who is seeing Dr. Fuller for the first time. You receive direct access to Dr. Fuller and have an entire hour to consult with her to discuss your situation, your treatment options/plans, and other important details to aid in your journey to happier, healthier sexual and gynecologic wellness.

$650│1 hour

Please note that, if you are already an established patient, you do not have to book a New Patient Visit at Dr. Fuller’s new practice. This can be virtual or in person

ESTABLISHED PATIENT FOLLOW-UP VISIT

If you are a patient from Dr. Fuller’s former practice or if you have already completed the New Patient Visit Consultation, you can book an Established Patient Follow-Up Visit or a Well Woman Annual Exam. During this 30-minute consultation, Dr. Fuller will examine your progress with your current treatment plan and health journey and address any new concerns. Dr. Fuller will work with you to make any necessary changes to your plan and provide additional medical care and guidance.

$350│30 minutes

This can be virtual or in person.

WELL WOMAN ANNUAL EXAM

Maintain your  gynecologic health and well-being with Dr. Fuller’s Well Woman Annual Exam. This 45-minute exam includes a full review of your overall health, discussion of preventative care, and it’s also an opportunity to share any arising health concerns. Dr. Fuller will help you make any adjustments to your treatment plans (if applicable) and ensure that you leave her practice feeling empowered and confident to continue your journey until your next yearly exam.

$500│45 minutes

Important Notes

Dr. Fuller is no longer a full scope gynecologist. She is a gynecological specialist in women’s sexual health issues, such as vulvovaginal disorders, vulvar pain or itching, low libido, recurrent vaginal infections, lichen sclerosus, lichen planus, menopause, perimenopause, and more. For established patients, she will provide routine, preventative gynecologic care. Dr. Fuller is out of network for all insurances and using the fee schedule listed above. She is unable to see any patients that are covered by Medicare regardless of how they intend to pay. This will change in the fall. If you have Medicare and want to see Dr. Fuller, you can send her an email to be notified when she is able to see Medicare patients.
